What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a visual inspection of the structure and components of a home to find items that are not performing correctly or items that are unsafe. If a problem or a symptom of a problem is found, the home inspector will include a description and digitally photograph the problem with a written report and may recommend further evaluation.

How long will it take?
The average inspection takes three to five hours depending on the size , age,  and the condition of the property. 

Should I be there?
We strongly urge the prospective buyer to be present for the walk through at the end of the inspection. By being present you will have a far greater understanding of your new home and the report.

What is a Septic Inspection?
Septic Inspection provides you with information about the septic system components and current operating conditions. Inspections results are based on the experience and expertise of a knowledgeable inspector, information provided by the current owner of the property and observable conditions at the time of the inspection.
The Inspection consists of three parts:

• The current use of the system and the effects of the use.
• The conditions and performance of the septic tank.
• The conditions and performance of the soil treatment system.
